What is the Alexander Technique?
The Alexander Technique is a method developed by F.M. Alexander that aims to correct the bad habits of a lifetime, and improve how engages in life's many activities. The Alexander Technique is concerned first with prevention: i.e. preventing whatever it is we're doing that is hindering our progress.

I am currently enrolled in the Teacher Training program at the Alexander Technique Center of Albuquerque. I am not comfortable teaching the Alexander Technique just yet, for fear of teaching my students to use themselves poorly and confusing them about how to use their body.
